At MandiWalla, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below to ensure a smooth return process.

Fresh Produce Policy

  • Due to the perishable nature of fruits & vegetables, we do not accept returns once the order is delivered.
  • However, if you receive a damaged, spoiled, or wrong item, we will offer a replacement or refund as per the conditions below.

Eligible for Refund/Replacement

  • You may request a replacement/refund if:
  • Items are damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery
  • Items are missing from your order
  • You received a wrong product
  • To qualify, you must: Raise the issue within 12 hours of delivery

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (UPI, card, wallet, etc.) within 5–7 working days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as store credit / wallet balance or via bank transfer (after confirmation).

Non-Refundable/Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, washed, or partially consumed
  • Complaints made after 12 hours of delivery
  • Taste or preference-based issues (since freshness can vary slightly by season)

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before 12:00 PM on the day of placing the order.
  • If already packed/dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
