Secure Payments

  • All online transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.
  • We do not store your card or UPI details on our servers.

Payment Failures

  • If your payment fails but the amount is deducted from your account, it is usually refunded automatically by your bank/payment provider within 5–7 working days.

Order Confirmation

  • Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (for prepaid orders).
  • For COD orders, confirmation is done once the order is placed successfully on our website/app.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

  • If you cancel your prepaid order before it is dispatched, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
