Secure Payments

- We do not store your card or UPI details on our servers.
Payment Failures
- If your payment fails but the amount is deducted from your account, it is usually refunded automatically by your bank/payment provider within 5–7 working days.

Order Confirmation
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment (for prepaid orders).
- For COD orders, confirmation is done once the order is placed successfully on our website/app.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
- If you cancel your prepaid order before it is dispatched, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.
